The “school’s out” schedule begins on June 7th.

Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Blue groups will continue on the current practice schedule until Monday, June 7th. Since some swimmers are already finished with school the week of May 31st, the Senior group will start the summer schedule on Monday, May 31st at 7:00 a.m. This does include doubles on M, W, F. Afternoon practice for the group will be dryland at 3:15-4:00 and swimming at 4:00-5:30 p.m. All Senior swimmers whose school year has ended are expected to attend.

The start for the "School’s Out" schedule will be on June 7th.

If you are still in school the week on June 7th, this is the workout that you should do on your own until you can join the regular morning practice.

On the 4th of July:

No practice

  • There will be no practice for the Bronze or Silver groups.
  • The Gold group will practice from 9:30-11:00
  • The Blue group will practice from 8:00-10:00.
  • The Senior group will practice from 8:00-10:30.

Breakfast for Champions

6th of July

On Tuesday, July 6th, following morning practices there will be a Breakfast for Champions at the Outdoor Pool Pavilion. (Gold group will practice in the morning on this day and Bronze group will eat before practice.) There will be lots of pancakes, sausage, muffins, bagels, fruit, and juice! (Those swimmers do know how to eat!) This is a great time to get the whole CY Torpedoes team together before championships. Please check the flyer for what to bring to make the breakfast a success.
