National Team Chairperson

Article IV, Section 1, National Team Chairperson

• The following responsibilities pertain to each:
  • YMCA Long Course National Championship Meet
  • YMCA Short Course National Championship Meet
  • Fall Travel Trip¹

• Arrange transportation to and from meet
• Arrange lodging for coaches, swimmers and chaperones
• Arrange all meals for coaches, swimmers and chaperones
• Coordinate meetings with parents and provide itinerary and cost details
• Work with Purchasing Chairperson to obtain National Team apparel and caps
• With committee, prepare budget to present to team treasurer
• Be present and available for swimmers and coach all day, every day during each respective meet.
